Standalone - Non-networked
Standalone systems control individual doors without needing a PC, server, or network.
Standalone systems operate independently at the door, requiring no network or central PC. They’re ideal for smaller sites needing a quick, effective solution with minimal hardware. Each door includes a panel, control unit, monitor, and token-based access. Programming is done locally at the panel, making setup and maintenance fast and simple. The Paxton Entry app can also be used for mobile call handling, provided the external panel is connected to an internet-enabled network for remote access.
Net2 - Networked
Net2 allows centralised access control with software installed on your office PC.
Net2 offers a networked access control system managed via a central PC. It connects panels, monitors, and controllers across your site, enabling remote management, reporting, and third-party system integration. This centralised platform allows for efficient control of Entry points and user activity. Paxton Entry app users can respond to Entry panel calls from their smart devices, either in addition to or instead of a monitor, ensuring full flexibility from anywhere with internet access.
Paxton10 - Networked
Paxton10 provides remote access control using cloud-based software from anywhere.
Paxton10 delivers advanced networked access control and video management in one unified system. All Entry hardware—including panels and monitors—connects to the Paxton10 platform, providing secure control from any internet-enabled location. The system includes Bluetooth credentials for mobile access and supports flexible site management. With standard hardware and the free Paxton Entry app, users can answer Entry calls on smart devices and manage doors easily, with full visibility and control at scale.
